Full-Time / Hourly

Pay Range: Commensurate with Experience & Skills

Immediate opening for a Groundskeeper / Maintenance Assistant.  This individual will be responsible for weeding, planting, watering, grounds clean-up, trimming, and various other tasks as needed.  Qualified candidates will have prior grounds/landscaping experience.  Must have reliable transportation, related tools.  May also assist with pool maintenance at our sister communities.
